The company's founder, Eduardo Builes, Ph.D., personally leads a team of chief officers and corporate directors and is directly involved in a variety of key aspects that make it possible for our company to respond to constant challenges. In addition, Dr. Eduardo Builes oversees several committees that are permanently analyzing the needs of the company and responding to the changes in the market.
Our chief officers and corporate directors, a group of outstanding professionals in their fields, in turn oversee the different aspects of the company and help maintain the corporative spirit of an ever-growing network of labs that serve much of the continental U.S and several customers abroad. Chief officers and corporate directors include the areas offinances legal administration QA/QC: articulates all QA policies for all the laboratories and continuously monitors for compliance to those policies. The QA/QC director has primary responsibility for data validation and compliance with all Corporate Quality Systems and training programs. communications information technology: manages the LIMS system and is responsible for maintaining and upgrading our networks and systems, and for providing data security. The system manager is also responsible for providing customizing software for reports and data manipulation. Client services: attends to the area of business development and Laboratory Services and directs the project mangers. The project managers and the Laboratory Managers do general quotes and inside sales. marketing operations .
The laboratory directors or managers -depending on the size of the branch- are responsible for the daily technical responsibilities and work assignments of all laboratory sections. They also validate all reported data and results. The Laboratory Director has final over-all responsibility for the performance of all the laboratory facilities. Area supervisors include:
Department supervisors: Our full-service facilities have separate organics and organics areas. Our major labs include distinct division of metals, wet chemistry, microbiology, radiochemistry, semivolatiles and volatiles. The supervisors of these areas monitor the work of analysts and technicians within their section and are responsible for compliance to specific methodologies and sample handling protocols.

Project Managers/Technical Services The technical service coordinators provide technical support to clients and all sections of the laboratory. The maintenance of the SOP inventory, certifications, and accreditations are also their responsibility. Account Executives The Account Managers are responsible for business development, sales, local area project management and client services coordination with project mangers at various XENCO Laboratory offices.
Xenco purchases Genapure, the largest laboratory in South Florida. This, in addition to our purchase of KSA, brings Xenco's division of Florida Testing Services to the forefront among the providers of analytical services in the Sunshine State. The Xenco-Genapure lab is located in the mediations of the Research Park, in the South Florida University in Boca Raton . In addition to Miami-Dade county and Palm Beach, we serve the entire state of Florida thanks to our mobile laboratories, a full-service facility in Tampa, and Service Centers in Miami Lakes and Orlando.
