XENCO is a Minority-Owned, Small Business Network of laboratories. As a Corporation, XENCO was started by Eduardo and Maria Builes in Houston in 1990. However, members of this network have been providing services to the environmental testing industry since 1954. These facilities span from Texas to the East Coast and offer a wide variety of environmental services.. It is our goal to provide a quality product and Quality services in a safe and environmentally responsible manner respecting the role of our regulatory agencies to protect the public interest. It is the policy of XENCO Laboratories to produce environmentally sensitive analytical data that is scientifically admissible, legally defensible, and of known quality relative to the use for which the data is intended. XENCO Laboratories is committed to compliance with the requirements of the Scope of Work and specifications provided by Our Clients.
At XENCO we understand that On-Time Services is the most important factor that we can deliver to Our Clients since pricing is not a big variable and Our Clients only partners with Quality Laboratories. XENCO Laboratories operates under a Corporate Quality Assurance Program with strict quality control protocols for laboratory personnel and project management in the generation and reporting of all services provided. These quality systems in conjunction with our very own Oracle based data management system (XT-LIMS), our financial stability and Banking Relationships, state-of-the art instrumentation, and highly qualified personnel, allow XENCO Laboratories to meet and exceed our clients expectations and analytical and compliance requirements.
XENCO Laboratories (XENCO) was originally incorporated in Houston, Texas in 1990. XENCO has established additional Testing Facilities in Dallas, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Midland/Odessa, Our Synergistic Relationship with Florida Testing Services in Atlanta, Miami, Tampa and New Jersey extend our Network to the East Coast we are looking to establish relationships with other companies and or acquire Laboratories in other regions of the country to become your Local Partner wherever your project needs arrive. At XENCO we deliver a true Synchronized Network Solution, our Global Solution, whereby ALL Laboratories Operate under:
*The Same Laboratory Management System (LIMS).
*The Same Telephone System, which interlinks all laboratories and every employee can be reached across the Network by simply dialing 4 digit extension numbers. This includes our Colombian Software Development Operations, our Indian e-Data Global Management Solution and our 9 Offices across the USA. No other Lab has such a Resource.
*The Same Quality Systems and SOPs. We are working on synchronizing all instrument calibrations across the Network such that all data reported from every Lab is run under the exact same standards, same calibration levels, same source of standards, same spiking levels, etc. No other National Network has even attempted such a task.
*All facilities are linked via Meshed Frame Relay of T1 lines with Houston being the Central Hub. All phone lines, data transmission, instruments, sample information, analytical data, reports, invoicing are Centralized and interlinked real-time to our Houston Laboratory. With a network of Servers managing every bit of data from every Laboratory. The Servers are backed up to our Dallas and Atlanta Servers several times a day.
